Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
