Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
