Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Health Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
