Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Des Moines. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
