Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
