Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

Cedar River Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Denver. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing.
