Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
