Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Facilities Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 672 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
