Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

Northwind Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
