Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

Nova Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Denver plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
