Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Denver. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
