Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Dallas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
