Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Bright Maple Housing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
