Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
