Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Forge Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
