Silverline Amber Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
