Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Dallas with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
