Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
