Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing is a Columbus manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
