Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is a Columbus company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
