Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Columbus producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
