Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Columbus, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
