Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
