Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Kestrel Press Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. • Experience with an ERP system.
