Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
