Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Pine Property Management is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 333 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
