Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Union Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system.
