Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
