Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Harbor Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
