Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Sparrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Cleveland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
