Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Oak Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
