Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline North Markets is a Cincinnati retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
