Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
