Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders.
