Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Hollow Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
