Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
