Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Basin Health is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
