Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
