Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
