Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Chicago, IL)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Chicago area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
