Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Forge Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
