Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Loom Construction is a Charlotte contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
