Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield River Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
