Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
