Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bright Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
