Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
