Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
