Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Charleston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
