Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Charleston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
