Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
